RETURN POLICY
Return will only be accepted in case of item delivered is incorrect, damaged or defective then customer would be requested to provide some valid proof if they want replacement (eg unboxing video of the parcel clearly showing the initial opening of the seal.) Our website team will look forward and address issue in 3 to 5 working days. SHOESHINE has right to refuse replacement.

REFUND POLICY
In case, you have cancelled an order within two hours of placing it - you will be issued a full refund within 3-5 business days of cancellation of order.
If due to unavoidable circumstances, or situations beyond our control, your order is not processed, cannot be procured or is not shipped to you within a certain time, the order shall stand cancelled, and the entire amount will be refunded to you; no liability shall be incurred by the either side.
SHOESHINE will refund the paid amount only if the order at delivery is damaged, defective, incorrect.
No refund will be issued by SHOESHINE if the order has been delivered with the Style, colour and size as selected by the customer while placing the order.
In case your order amount comprised of shipping charges, the refund will be done excluding the shipping charges amount, i.e. ₹50.
Once SHOESHINE has initiated a refund in accordance with the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to appear in the customer's account within the following timeframes:
Prepaid refunds takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank partner, after the refund is initiated.
Please note that SHOESHINE only initiates a refund after the returned item has been received and the condition check has been accepted. SHOESHINE has right to refuse refund. Therefore, the time of initiation of the refund may vary depending on the time required by the courier partner to return to the SHOESHINE delivery Centre.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of an order can be done by us or by you as mentioned herein.
We have the discretion to cancel an order. The reasons for cancellation shall inter alia include
without limitation the following:
· Your failure to comply with these Conditions or breach of any of the policies/terms referred herein
· Technical errors or issue
· Any reason relating to credit/fraud avoidance
· Invalid address or wrong address is provided by the User in order details
· Malpractices used to place the order
· Bulk order is placed for likely commercial resale
· Order is undelivered after two (2) attempts
· Pricing or specifications on any product as is shown on the Website due to any technical glitch,
resulting into incorrect pricing or specifications.
